Your Free Ticket to Embedded World
22 Jan, 2015Visit us as Embedded World, Nuremberg, 24-26 February, Stand 360, Hall 4
Our first major event of the year is Embedded World, where the embedded community comes together at the world’s largest trade fair of its kind. It’s an absolute must-attend event for engineers – If you only go to one trade show this year, this is the one we recommend.
To demonstrate our ever-increasing product range we have our largest ever stand at Embedded World this year. We have 4 design pods where our engineers will be giving in-depth demonstrations of our RTOS products, and meeting areas for consultations. Our team of engineers will be on hand to discuss your company’s future embedded needs.
Our engineers are always in high demand during the show; to avoid waiting we highly recommend you book an appointment in advance.

Our Design Pods at Embedded World:
Arm Cortex R Design Pod
Discover how to preserve the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of data shared within a multi-processor, multi-core environment. This pod will feature a demo of SAFERTOS integrated with our Safety Component SAFEXchange using a black channel TCP/IP transport layer on a network of ARM Cortex R microprocessors. SAFEXchange has been certified to IEC 61508 SIL 3, ISO 26262 ASIL D and IEC 61784-3 by TÜV SÜD. More information about SAFEXchange can be found here.
ARM Cortex M Design Pod
This pod will focus on Middleware integrated with OPENRTOS on ARM Cortex M processors. There will be a demonstration of our USB Device middleware components in conjunction with Audio drivers, to create an interactive demo.
ARM Cortex A Design Pod
New to Embedded World this year is our ARM Cortex A SAFERTOS product range, which we’ll be showcasing on its own pod. We will have SAFERTOS on an ARM Cortex A integrated with our Safety Components Checkpoints and CRC Checker. This demonstration will also include our profiling tool SAFERTOS + Trace.
Our CRC Checker guards against corruption and malicious attack by confirming the correctness of the program memory. Checkpoints provides a sophisticated task monitoring capability, ensuring the scheduling of tasks is occurring as intended. For more information about our CRC Checker and Checkpoints please click here.
Proprietary Processor Design Pod
Our fourth design pod will demonstrate our new SAFERTOS port for the Infineon AURIX TriCore. Sharing the pod will be our Renesas RX SAFERTOS demo integrated with the safety component Checkpoints.

Support for ARM Cortex A
We are proud to announce our RTOS support for the ARM Cortex A series. The ARM Cortex A RTOS ports have initially been implemented on the Freescale i.MX6, the Xilinx Zynq-7000, and the Renesas RZ processors, however support is being continually expanded.
