We find each customer to have unique support requirements. We are happy to tailor support packages to ensure your individual needs are met.
A support package can contain one or more of the following items:
- Standard email support to field questions on the usage of SafeRTOS.
- Assistance in the application of the Design Assurance PackageTM.
- Porting SafeRTOS to the customers hardware.
- Execution of the SafeRTOS test suite within the customers development environment.
- Provision and support of middleware and drivers.
- Advice and consultancy on the implementation of software development processes and procedures.
- Providing any independence in audit and testing activities that may be required in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assistance in ensuring formal development standards conformance.
We are able to take an active roll in your development, or provide a complete development service.
Maintenance
A SafeRTOS license includes free upgrades to any new version of SafeRTOS that might be released during a period of one year from purchase.
License Options
Two license options are available:

Source code license -
Includes the SafeRTOS source code, a sample project for your target processor, the user manual and the safety manual.

Design Assurance Package license -
An essential addition for projects requiring formal certification.
Adds the entire V model design, coding and verification artifacts and evidence - removing the requirement for you to generate these
items for your certification.
Also included the SafeRTOS test suite to facilitate certification within your development environment.
License Terms
There are no run time (per product sold) royalty fees.
A SafeRTOS license is required for each concurrent software developer of each product line in which SafeRTOS is used.
Our licensing model is intentionally simple and flexible to allow you to minimize administration, and provide you with a cost effective
solution.
